Ethics & compliance
We work for EPC contractors, energy operators and national oil companies. They need to know that the partner moving their cargo plays by the rules. These are the rules we play by.
Code of Ethics
Our Code of Ethics sets out the standards we expect from everyone who works for us or on our behalf: anti-bribery, trade compliance, fair labour, safety and honest records, under UAE law.
Anti-bribery and corruption
Zero tolerance. No payments, gifts or favours to win or keep business, to public officials or private parties, directly or through agents. Facilitation payments are prohibited.
Sanctions and export controls
We comply with UN, UAE, EU and US sanctions regimes and do not knowingly handle cargo or parties subject to restrictions. Dual-use goods are reviewed against the applicable export control rules.
Knowing our customers and suppliers
We work only with clients, subcontractors and agents we know, and ask for the information we need to confirm who we are dealing with.
Fair competition
We win work on price, quality and engineering. We do not share commercially sensitive information with competitors or agree prices or markets with them.
Human rights and fair labour
No forced or child labour in our operations or supply chain. Wages paid on time through the UAE Wage Protection System, safe working conditions, no discrimination.
Data protection
Personal data is handled under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, as set out in our privacy policy.
